Herbal Treatment for Common Ailments

There are many minor illnesses which can be easily and safely
treated without the inconvenience. Cough, fever, cuts and
bruises are some minor ailments that we commonly suffer. Some
simply require a bit of bed-rest, others may be helped by
remedies. Natural remedies can be used to effectively treat a
range of ailments through correct and regular usage. For natural
home remedies, the kitchen is a great place to start. It has
almost all the medicines you would possible need at least, to
deal with common ailments. In home based remedies, the idea is
to use the chemicals naturally present in the herbs, spices and
other foods to tackle the offending foreign element in the body
that is causing the pain or infection instead of flushing the
body with hundreds of milligrams of strong chemicals in the form
of antibiotics.

The body has to face a plethora of offensive side effects such
as excessive drowsiness, weakness, allergies and diarrhoea
(caused by excessive heat generated) to handle. Natural remedies
can be used to effectively treat a range of ailments through
correct and regular usage. Acne is a commonly ailments. Gated
cucumber applied over the face ,eyes and neck for fifteen
minutes are very much beneficial for acne and blackheads. Bad
Breath -Wash your mouth with lime juice mixed with water.
Bleeding external- apply ice cube or sandalwood paste. Bleeding
internal-Drink a glass of warm milk with a 1/2 teaspoon of
saffron & turmeric powder. Burns-add coconut oil to the paste of
fresh gel of aloe vera blended with a pinch of turmeric Powder
and apply.

Another common ailments gas. Consume a cup of water with a pinch
of baking soda & lemon juice. Insomnia-Honey is a very useful in
Insomnia. It should be taken with water ,before going to bed ,in
doses of two teaspoons in a large cup of water. Swelling- apply
two parts of turmeric powder with one part salt to the affected
area. Toothache-apply 3 drops of clove oil to the affected
teeth. Another herb bath, designed especially for sunburns, is
to take two tablespoons of comfrey root and put in one pint of
water. Simmer it in a covered pan for ten minutes, strain, and
add liquid to your bath water. Other common aliments hemorrhoids
may result from straining to move stool. It is also recommended
is eating a large leek and drinking a glass of nettle liquid
several times a day.
